Excited for a whole new world, third to first was a big leap, a leap that would be fruitful, to become more successful, to meet new people, to be recognized and reach new heights. Little did I know that I would get all that, and still feel empty. We grow up thinking that life is like a movie, they show moments of sadness and happiness – the highs and the lows, social media is even worse, it shows just the high moments and none of the lows whatsoever, but life is an extended version where there are days that are just neutral. Just following a routine and nothing much to say about. What makes those days just days and not a vast ocean of time that you’re just trying to cross? Company. Family. Friends.

Loneliness is never understood unless felt. I have people around me and still feel lonely as ever, just because I have grown apart with all the people that knew me and out of no one’s fault because life happens. People get married, people get pregnant, people go to other countries, people change their priorities and slowly life takes a turn!
